Accommodation overview: Robbie's Barn is a high quality holiday cottage set a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the northern Cotswolds, very close to Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon. The cottage was recently modernised and has many ECO friendly modifications incl solar panels and ground source heat pump. Internally the cottage, which is on one level (ideal for limited mobility) is very warm, welcoming and homely with some delightful touches including beautiful oak beams and a wood burning stove. Robbie's is situated in Fulready which has easy access to Stratford, along with the Cotswolds towns of Moreton in Marsh and Stow in the Wold. We loved the owners' home grown produce which you are welcome to purchase! In our opinion this is a very good standard of accommodation.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to kitchen/diner.Kitchen, well equipped with electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. This lovely conversion is a 300-year old barn and is set in the grounds of a working fruit farm in Snitterfield village. The property has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and has managed to keep many of the original features, making this a dream holiday home. The living accommodation is open plan and has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a fabulous wooden floor and a cosy sitting area with a log effect fire. The bedroom is a stunning galleried room with low exposed beams whilst the ground floor bathroom is a luxurious haven. Outside there is a shared front garden – ideal for relaxing with a good book or a barbecue. This is a wonderful place for a romantic break any time of year.

Willington Manor Farmhouse is a classic 17th century Grade II listed Cotswold farmhouse set away from the road, surrounded by its own farmland. This very spacious self catering accommodation is situated in a magnificent position just outside the hamlet of Willington in the Cotswolds, close to the River Stour.
The Farmhouse has gardens including a large enclosed garden on the south side with large lawn.
The nearest pubs are in villages one to two miles away, with a range of shops and pubs/restaurants to be found in Shipston, 1.5 miles away. Other places to visit include Chipping Campden which is 6 miles away and Stratford-upon-Avon which is 11 miles.

Accommodation overview: Backlodge Stables is an extremely high standard of self catering accommodation situated in a superb location in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. The accommodation is actually two components (The Stables and The Tack Room) which combined offer four bedrooms and three bathrooms but allow one couple to enjoy more privacy with their own self contained facilities. Access between the two properties is about 15 paces along the path! The large open plan living space in The Stables is perfect for large families or groups with large sofas and dining facilities making it suitable for general entertaining. It's central, yet quiet, location also make it a great spot for the wealth of Stratford's attractions, see below. We loved these properties. ACCOMMODATIONThe main entrance is to The Stables, with access to The Tack Room approx 10 yards away. The Stables has:Large Living Space with two large sofas, additional seating, large flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD player and gas flame fire. Kitchen / Diner with large dining table and 8 chairs and fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob, oven, grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and large fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms on the first floor; two with king size double beds and one with twin single beds. There is one ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobe and chest of drawersThe Tack Room is a completely self contained property, with it's own fully equipped kitchen, plus living room with TV, DVD etc. Upstairs there is a bedroom suite, with king size double bed and wardrobe plus ensuite shower room.OutsideThe Stables has an enclosed, south facing courtyard with table and chairs. The Tack Room also has small outdoor space, but this is not connected with The Stables please note.Sorry No Pets. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair Available. Off street parking for two cars available on request, additional parking on-street outside the property (no restrictions). Wifi avaible at the property. Mobile reception very good.
