Accommodation overview: Old Cottage is a very pretty thatched cottage situated on the edge of the coastal village and within walking distance of Sea Palling wide sandy beach. With its lovely sandy beach and traditional seaside atmosphere, Sea Palling is a perfect location for a coastal holiday. On a summer's day you may like a swim in the sea, a cycle ride through the country lanes, a boat trip on the nearby Broads or a visit to one of the many attractions close by. In winter what better than an invigorating walk along the beach followed by a warming drink inside your cosy cottage. The village has a shop, post office and two pubs Old Cottage is a very pretty thatched cottage situated in the middle of the coastal village of Sea Palling on a quiet no-through road and within easy walking distance of the beach. Accommodation overview: The Mews is located in the centre of the town with all amenities within easy walking distance. Comfortable accommodation in what was originally the Coach House of one of the large properties that surround the Buttlands. Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops. The Mews is an unusual, spacious single level property which has been formed from the old coach house and stables that were originally part of Monteagle House. Approached via a pretty courtyard-style garden, the property has character and charm with the additional benefit of an enclosed rear garden. The coast is minutes away and the area is excellent for bird watching and exploring on foot. This is one of the most attractive areas of Norfolk. Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor.
