Spacious and charming with modern comforts and views of the surrounding countryside across the Barle Valley, it is the perfect base for keen walkers, with an abundance of footpaths and easy access to many picturesque villages and stunning coastline of Exmoor. With a rear entrance opening into the hallway the accommodation is on three levels in a reverse style. The ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom with ensuite facilities. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. French doors open out onto a shared courtyard area. A central staircase leads up to the first floor to define the attractive main living area. This features a vaulted ceiling and beams, with cosy seating to one end and a kitchen/dining area. Further stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find the spacious double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, sloping ceilings and Velux window with country views. Dulverton is only two miles away, a pretty Exmoor village with an excellent variety of shops, tea rooms, antiques and curios, pubs and restaurants.
