This light and spacious former fisherman s cottage is set in Appledore s most photographed street a short level walk from recommended pubs restaurants shops and galleries and a few yards away from the slipway to the foreshore. Recently refurbished it is the perfect location in this historic and fascinating village for walks on the tidal beach walking the coast path or the Tarka Trail and bird-watching along the estuary. Under 1 mile away is the surfing beach at Westward Ho! with 2 miles of golden sands golfing at the Royal North Devon Golf Club (the oldest links in England) and slightly further is RHS Rosemoor Gardens the steep cobbled streets of Clovelly or many local historic houses.
