Accommodation overview: CHARMING DETACHED PROPERTY LOCATED IN A DELIGHTFUL VILLAGE LOCATION This detached house was originally built in 1650 and over time has sympathetically extended retaining much charm and character fabulous countryside and garden views can be enjoyed from the property. Situated in a peaceful village setting and just a few minutes stroll to the village pub. The village of Akeley makes a wonderful base from which to explore and is close to the historic market town of Buckingham which offers an array of restaurants pubs and independent shops. There is much to see and do in the area with something to suit all tastes from historical Oxford shopping at the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village Blenheim Palace Silverstone Racing Circuit and numerous National Trust properties. Milton Keynes is a 15 minute drive where you will find shopping Xscape Snowdome cinema bowling ice skating and Go Karting and even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. As a well as a host of golf courses for the keen golfer the surrounding countryside provides a network of beautiful footpaths cycle paths and bridleways.
