The living accommodation comprises a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove and access to the outdoor patio area with furniture. There is also off road parking for two cars. Accommodation overview: The Hayloft is a superb barn conversion located on the edge of the very quiet hamlet of Lyneham. As the name suggests the barn was once the hayloft of this farm, but today has been converted to provide spacious accommodation for up to seven people. Internally the cottage has been renovated to a very high standard creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is ideal for families and small groups. As one would expect, the cottage retains many character features including exposed walls and beams! Located on a small and quiet lane, this holiday cottage, in our opinion, is an ideal family destination. ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to small lobby area.Living / Dining Room, open plan and very light with windows along the entire length of one wall overlooking the lane and fields beyond. Two sofas (one a sofa bed at extra charge - see below) and arm chair, TV and DVD player, plus table and chairs for eight people. Kitchen, fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.Bathroom with wet room / shower WC and washbasin. Golf within walking distance This holiday cottage is located in the hamlet of Lyneham which enjoys an 'open house' style golf club which is within walking distance - open to all for drinks/bar food and of course, a round of golf. It has a large rooftop terrace which can be a very enjoyable spot to watch the world go by. Centrally situated, the hamlet is about 7 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains for London/Paddington from nearby Kingham.
