Accommodation overview: Footstool Cottage is a pleasant yet classic Cotswold stone property with early 17th Century origins. The internal features include exposed timbers throughout, together with a woodburner in the dining room. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some low ceilings!! There is a charming and secluded garden at the rear of the cottage, a perfect 'sun trap' for summer days! Footstool Cottage is a cosy retreat situated in the village of Fulbrook which lies about half a mile to the north east of the bustling market town of Burford. The village is surrounded by open Cotswold countryside and there is a good pub within easy walking distance. There is a public footpath from the cottage into Burford.
