Accommodation overview: Chimney Farm Barns (Visit Britain 5 Star Gold) are three stunning barns, situated in a beautiful Nature Reserve located within the beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds, convenient for Oxford, Cheltenham, Burford and easy to get to and from London. Although the properties are available independently, together they offer superb accommodation for groups of 18 to 36 people. Internally, the accommodation is open plan and presented in a contemporary style with some amazing and original features. Plasma TVs, free WIFI and ipod docking stations are installed throughout. Externally, the properties enjoy over 10 acres of their own fabulous private space and tranquil countryside. The hamlet of Chimney is a magical place, an excellent holiday base to explore the area, great for a family get together (relax and re-charge the batteries), use for a group celebration or re-union.The owners have also sourced a number of local suppliers who would be able to add to the experience including catering and local food produce delivery, please ask for further details.PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THE SIZE OF YOUR PARTY AND WHETHER YOU REQUIRE TWO OR THREE BARNS (AND WHICH BARNS!!). With four bedrooms - two king-size doubles with Juliet balconies, and one with an en-suite, and two twin bedrooms, along with a sofa bed, it sleeps up to nine comfortably. There are also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a snug with sofa bed. Outside there is a decked area with a hot tub, and off road parking is available for three cars plus there is a detached double garage for an additional two cars. 66 Church Street is a great base for a relaxing holiday, amidst wonderful attractions.

Built in the middle of the 19th Century it is in one of the most attractive locations possible, at the brow of a hill overlooking the Windrush Valley, but within a mile of the local market town. Larklands is a superb 16th Century, stone-built barn conversion on a working cattle farm one mile from the pretty village of Ravensworth on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one family room with a double and a single day bed and ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom making it possible to sleep up to seven people. The cottage also has a large and spacious fitted kitchen with a dining area and a stone arch leading to the sitting room with an electric stove, exposed roof beams and patio doors to the outside courtyard which contains garden furniture. There is also off road parking available for three cars. Larklands is a beautifully renovated holiday cottage in a delightful part of North Yorkshire making this a superb location for a relaxing family holiday.

Outside is a front, enclosed, level patio to sit and enjoy the views, and free parking can be found on a first come, first served basis, on the roadside just one minute walk away from the cottage (please speak to the owner directly regarding the permit). The Painter's Cottage is well placed for the amenities of Matlock Bath, and for all the attractions of the Peak District National Park.
