Set around the former farm yard sympathetically converted from the disused farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm. Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep cows pigs and chickens along the way. Play facilities: guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor playground. Shared utility room: is available onsite. Outside: guests are invited to enjoy all 65 acres and shared gardens. This delightful 16th century Grade II listed thatched cottage has been painstakingly restored to its former glory including the restoration of its original wall paintings. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master double 1 room with 3 single beds and 1 single room all located on the first floor. Further double located on the ground floor. Bathroom: with shower over the bath and WC located on the ground floor. Lounge: with original inglenook fireplace with woodburner flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Additional lounge with ample seating. Dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge and freezer. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome more by arrangement please note that dogs must be kept on leads due to sheep in the adjacent field however dogs are allowed off leads in the woodland area.
