Sympathetically modernised the lodge offers comfortable accommodation and is ideal for a couple or small family. Edzell has good shops hotels restaurants and parks. The golf course is a short walk from the house and there are tranquil walks along the River Esk. To the north lie the magnificent Angus Glens leading deep into the Cairngorms National Park offering walking climbing and mountain biking in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 15 miles east are the picturesque fishing villages cliffs and golden sands of the North Sea coast. The road to Royal Deeside leads over the Cairn o Mount pass with panoramic views over Angus. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin with en-suite bath and shower and 1 double. Separate WC. Lounge: with multi fuel stove TV DVD CD/radio. Dining room. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer. Outside: secluded garden safely enclosed from the road and backs onto the extensive grounds of the main house grassy areas and patio with outdoor furniture. Amenities: private parking.
