This unique barn is semi-detached but remains private and enjoys a choice of two patio areas (one of which is enclosed) and children s play area in a field just across the way with swings and slides. A host of footpaths run from the property to an array of different locations encompassing environments such as wooded areas streams fields and cliffs. An enticing stroll down through the woods to the beach will reveal the coves and harbour of Portreath with excellent surf and stretches of golden sand. There are several new mining trails in the area ideal for cycling or walking one of which leads straight from the farm. Nearby is the popular golf course of Tehidy and within a short drive you will find the towns of St Ives Penzance Truro and Falmouth all boasting excellent restaurants.
