COMFORTABLE AND COSY COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE This delightful property nestles in the centre of this bustling village and overlooks the quaint cobbled church square with countryside views beyond. The area is predominantly rural but is just 40 minutes from the North Devon coastline and spectacular beaches including Westward Ho!, Saunton and Croyde. Local activities include: golf, horse riding, fishing and shooting. The village itself is well serviced and provides a golf course, cricket club and a variety of small individual shops. The village pub is situated directly opposite the cottage and provides a restaurant, ideal for gastro evening meals, and during the daytime it provides wine bar/tea room type drinks and meals. The cosy and well-equipped cottage offers reverse level accommodation to take advantage of the view, and ONE bedroom: situated on the ground floor, 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge: situated on the first floor, with a vaulted ceiling and revealed beams, TV, wood burner (first basket of logs provided), games and books. Kitchen/diner: situated on the ground floor, with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and many useful extras. Outside: door from the kitchen leads out to a covered courtyard with table and seating. Amenities: parking for 1 small car directly outside the cottage, ample parking nearby.
