Over the border into Cornwall the popular sandy beach at Cawsand is just over 1 mile away an area perfect for those requiring lovely coastal and countryside walks. Stroll to Mount Edgecumbe Country House 2 miles away for a Cornish cream tea. There is much to see and do in the area with a choice of attractions within a short drive including The Eden Project Dartmoor numerous National Trust properties Looe and Polperro. The Torpoint Ferry takes you into the heart of Plymouth and is famed for its Hoe Barbican and Marine Aquarium. In the evenings enjoy a meal in the excellent family pub a minute s walk away.
