The well-known beach is less than five minutes away on foot as are all the local amenities in the pretty village centre. Only a 5 minute walk to a children s play area a Blue Flag beach with miles of golden sand 3 pubs shops adventure golf butchers deli a few small amusements maritime museum tearooms and restaurants plus coastal walks. The traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham can be easily reached for end of pier entertainment and freshly caught seafood.
