SLEEPS 2 2 DOGS WELCOME BETWEEN SEPTEMBER AND MID JULY These adjoining barn conversions have been tastefully renovated and retain much of their original character and charm. Situated close to the main farmhouse the barns are set within a beautiful countryside position and offer glorious views over the fields and beyond. North Devon has so much to offer for couples and families alike. The wonderful sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Saunton and Croyde are perfect for sunbathers and surfers or why not visit one of the local attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep or Arlington Court. For those feeling more active The Tarka Trail is within easy reach and it s perfect for those wishing to take a long walk or a bike ride. There are also many wonderful pubs within the area all serving good food or why not just sit and relax on your own private patio and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the farm. Play facilities: play area for the children. Outside: enclosed private lawn gardens with patio areas outside furniture and BBQs. Amenities: ample parking. Arrival: 3.30pm. The accommodation is full of character and charm and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin situated on the first floor with access to separate WC from both rooms. Both rooms have limited headroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC situated on the ground floor. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs free) flatscreen TV DVD and doors leading to patio and garden. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: spacious enclosed garden with patio and seating leading to the play area. Amenities: 2 dogs by arrangement (regret dogs cannot be accepted during the school summer holidays).
