Wroxham the capital of the Broads is 3 miles away or a 30 minute walk along footpaths for shopping or hiring a day boat to cruise the miles of magical waterways with charming villages and historic churches plus is a haven for anglers. Catch the Bure Valley steam train from Wroxham to Aylsham or take an organised river trip on a paddle steamer and for nature lovers How Hill nature reserve. Miles of long sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham within 9 miles. Norwich is 12 miles with restaurants theatres museums and a castle.
