MODERN DETACHED CHALET BUNGALOW IN A FABULOUS LOCATION HOT TUB AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 2015 This bungalow is a short walk to the magnificent sandy beach of Westward Ho! in addition to a selection of seaside activities such as surfing body boarding and of course sunbathing which can all be enjoyed along the 2 miles of golden sands and pebble ridge. Westward Ho! offers a range of pubs restaurants amusement arcades and shops onto the stunning Northam Burrows Country Park and the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The town of Bideford is a short drive with a range of shops restaurants cafes and a large park. Other places well worth a visit are the fishing village of Appledore and Instow with its attractive sandy beach sand dunes and home of the North Devon Yacht Club. A fantastic holiday location for families and beach lovers! The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms all with TV/DVD: on the first floor 1 double with sea glimpses and en-suite shower with WC on the ground floor 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with large flatscreen TV DVD and dining area leading out to the decked area. Kitchen: with electric cooker gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and breakfast bar. Utility room: with washing machine and access to the bathroom. Outside: enclosed decked area with hot tub (from April 2015) seating and area suitable for BBQ s (regret no BBQ). Amenities: parking for up to 4 cars.
