BRAND NEW HOUSE WITH LOVELY RIVER AND ESTUARY VIEWS This spacious semi-detached house nestles in the heart of the village of Appledore and has lovely views over the village and river. A short stroll to pubs shops restaurants and galleries Tideways is a perfect choice for exploring the area. The bustling quayside offers a glimpse of the nautical past of the village as does a trip to the Maritime Museum a fishing trip or a seasonal boat ride over the river to Instow with its sand dune beach and pubs. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is about a mile away and from there you can enjoy some lovely clifftop walks. Venture further afield and visit a range of attractions include Exmoor The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court The Milky Way and Clovelly with its pretty cobbled streets. In the evenings immerse yourself into village life with a choice of good family pubs most serving quality food or just stroll along the pretty village quay.
