The small and quiet hamlet of Mendham is approximately 5 miles from the market town of Kingsbridge. Also close by is the historic naval town of Dartmouth bohemian town of Totnes and the sailing centre of Salcombe. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property or venture further a field and explore the many villages and varied beaches on the South Coast. There are arrange of popular attractions within reach including historic Plymouth with the Hoe and Barbican lively Torbay and the stunning landscape of Dartmoor.
