The house on two levels is spacious and welcoming with a lovely garden room/conservatory which has superb mountain views. The popular west coast resort of Oban with its excellent facilities is 12 miles away. The town offers distillery tours a cinema and sports centre as well as lots of places to eat out pubs and hotels. From the harbour ferry services allow day trips to the islands. The immediate area around the house is ideal for biking walking and pony-trekking and you can easily walk to the fascinating Sea Life Centre from here. Fishing golf sailing kayaking and winter sports can all be enjoyed nearby. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 triple room with double and single bed on the first floor and 1 further twin on the ground floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Additional WC. Lounge: with Sky TV video DVD CD player and telephone. Sun room with additional heating. Kitchen: electric oven fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: secluded rear garden with a patio garden furniture barbecue and small pond (care required with young children).
