This charming coach house cottage has been recently converted from an original stable building and sits in a secluded, peaceful location within the extensive mature grounds of the owner's home. The cottage has considerable character and is spacious, bright and welcoming, providing a very comfortable relaxing hideaway for a couple. Guests have their own private enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and furniture for outdoor living and may also enjoy the grounds of the main house. Local shops, restaurants and inns are an easy walk.
Aberfeldy stands on the River Tay amidst magnificent scenery and is the perfect base for exploring the lochs and glens of Highland Perthshire . The area boasts a wealth of outdoor activities including golf, walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing, sailing, angling, ornithology, mountain safaris, off-road driving and riding. You can take a cruise on Loch Tay, explore Glen Lyon, Scotland's longest glen, or visit Dewar's Aberfeldy Distillery or one of the many National Trust sites and historic buildings to be found in this beautiful area.
