Botany, a large house spread over three floors, is an expansive exercise in comfortable modernism! The property enjoys a direct lakeland outlook from its floor to ceiling glass-fronted ground and first floor windows plus easy access to the Lower Mill Village's superb executive facilities. With five bedrooms sleeping a total of nine people, it's ideal for a large family group, and it's a compelling introduction to Lower Mill's commitment to excellence and sustainability in a contemporary architecture. ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to hallway, leading to open plan living space.Kitchen, fully fitted, is an individually designed open plan space which is comprehensively equipped with a double oven and grill, a five-ring gas hob, and all the essentials for modern family living including a washer dryer, family-sized built in fridge freezer, dishwasher and built in microwave. Living/Dining area is presented in a restrained d?cor with natural hardwood floors which together provide an easy, comfortable, relaxing ambience. There are two two/three-seat leather sofas, set beside a modern wood-burning stove, a flat screen TV, DVD and Digibox, and a broad pair of sliding floor-to-ceiling doors which open onto the sun deck which provides a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the lake and surrounding nature reserve, and a nine-seat table for family dining. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
