Ideally situated for enjoying year round holidays it is just 4 miles from Lake Bala with its fishing sailing windsurfing and lakeside steam railway whilst Snowdonia’s wealth of outdoor activities and family attractions are all within easy reach as are the beautiful golden sandy beaches at Barmouth. Good eating places and shops are found in historic Bala town 4 miles. Sitting room with gas fire. Dining room. Well equipped and spacious kitchen with range cooker and breakfast bar. Utility room.
