It is an excellent place to relax and unwind, with pleasant country walks from the door. It is also a good area for cycling with cycle hire available at the Bure Valley Railway. Aylsham has a selection of small shops and Monday is auction day - a must for bargain hunters! The sandy beaches of Mundesley and Cromer are just ten and twelve miles away respectively with the historic city of Norwich twelve miles away - all well worth a visit. Corner Cottage is a picturesque detached, brick and flint 18th century cottage with Flemish gabling. It has been carefully renovated and features beamed ceilings and a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
