"Very highly recommended and eminently suitable for our pet dog. The cottage is furnished very comfortably and with a great deal of care with all sorts of unexpected extras (like a bottle of wine cake books and games) The beaches and surrounding countryside contain all sorts of delights and there couldn't be a better introduction to the Broads."

"What a gem! A fantastic cottage nicely furnished a real 'home from home'. Well away from the road and within easy walking distance of everything i.e. beach pubs shop etc. The owner was most welcoming with a bottle of wine and cake - a lovely touch. The property was immaculate and fully equipped for all needs. Dyson the dog absolutely loved this cottage and we will hopefully return."

"This cottage has been beautifully restored the accommodation was superb everything you needed was in the cottage kitchen wonderfully equipped bed linen and towels clean and fresh the whole holiday was lovely so close to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be booking again. Ten out of ten!"

"We would recommend this holiday property to others as there was everything you needed for a very comfortable holiday. It was clean nicely decorated all the shops tea rooms and pubs were all within walking distance and it is great for dogs and children on the lovely sandy beach. This holiday property was one of the best we have been to - 10 out of 10 !"

"Lark Cottage is one of the best kept cottages we have stayed in. A very large enclosed safe garden set back from the road and it is within easy walking distance to the shop pubs and beach. The cottage was clean and very well cared for and the furniture and decor was very nice. Jack the dog loved the beach and the walks and he was allowed in both pubs in Sea Palling. It was a pleasure to have stayed in Lark cottage - we give it 10 out 10!"

"We have just returned from a weeks break at Lark Cottage in Sea Palling and had a great time. The cottage is lovely and very reasonable to rent and ideally placed to tour the Norfolk coast or just walk the surrounding area the cottage is located directly behind the sand dunes our dogs loved the beach. The village seems very remote and tiny but is only 15 miles from Great Yarmouth where all the rides and attractions can be found. The cottage is furnished with old fashioned but very comfortable furniture which is in keeping with the age of the property the bedrooms are quite roomy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The owners provided us with everything we needed to make a real fire in the roomy and comfortable lounge and it was wonderful. We loved Lark Cottage and the Village of Sea Palling it was a welcome 'get away from it all' break To sum up if you want a rural retreat that seems in the middle of nowhere and stay in a quaint romantic place in a very quiet village then Lark Cottage is for you."
