The property is situated in a delightfully rural location near to the villages of Shipton under Wychwood and Leafield. The barn takes its name from the 'King John's Oak' which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest. The property, modernised and full of character, has stunning views across open fields. Sitting/Dining Room with comfortable sofas (one sofa bed*) TV with Freeview plus DVD Dining area with dining table and chairs. Opening into Kitchen, fully fitted & equipped with cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.
