The Coach House is a cosy end terraced property set over one level, in a courtyard with a couple of other properties and the owners' home, in the countryside near Talgarreg near Llandysul. There is a double bedroom and a bedroom with adult bunks and a single bed, plus the added option of converting into two sets of adult bunks. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living space is open plan, with a vaulted ceiling, beams and patio doors outside. The enclosed patio is great for relaxing, and children will love the shared use of a large grassed area with football net, swing and climbing frame, and also the games barn with basketball net, table tennis and trikes. There is also off road parking fo 2 cars. With the coast and countryside within easy reach, The Coach House makes a lovely family base.

The property is ideally situated centrally for many attractions Aberaeron is 8 miles away with beaches stretching along Cardigan Bay. Llyn Eiddwen Nature Reserve is a short drive away as is Cors Caron a raised 2000 acre peat bog. There are an abundance of walks and cycle paths in the vicinity. Further afield Aberystwyth is 19 miles and offers the Victorian pier with its famous starling murmurations and the funicular cliff railway up Constitution Hill. Golf courses are available at Penrhos 5 miles and at Cilgwyn 4 miles.
