The Leny Estate, in Leny Park, is a baronial country mansion set within beautiful parkland and gardens. Surrounded by picturesque countryside and hills, north of Callander, it is located within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The Estate has been the home of the Buchanan family for 1,000 years; the house originates from the 16th century with a significant rebuild around 1845 as a Jacobean-style mansion, and was restored in 1998. The site of the old Leny Castle lies half a mile to the south east. North Wing, (ref SUUO) as the name suggests, forms part of this impressive mansion, and features wood panelling, four-poster beds and period furnishings.
