Pitlochry home to the renowned Festival Theatre is 15 miles away and Perth is less than 1 hour s drive. Outside: garden area with patio and garden furniture. Private path leads down to the spectacular falls and woodlands of the Birks. Amenities: bed linen towels electric heating and initial supply of solid fuel included. Regret no smoking.
