An imposing 17th Century Farmhouse with a wealth of character features throughout situated in the heart of Snowshill a quintessential Cotswolds village - only three miles from the beautiful village of Broadway.
The village sits on the top of the escarpment and is only a five-minute drive from Broadway and approximately 15/20 minutes from Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.
Completely refurbished during 2012, the property benefits from a huge kitchen/breakfast room with enormous open fireplace, and seven bathrooms serving the eight bedrooms. Exposed beams and stonework appear throughout and there are flagstone and wood floors on the ground floor. There is a large south facing garden and a patio area suitable for outside dining.
Less than a three-minute walk away the village boasts a popular pub, The Snowshill Arms. There is a village church and the area is very popular with walkers. Broadway, 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds' is less than three miles away and boasts several excellent restaurants, tea rooms and shops.
Snowshill Manor and gardens and Cotswold Lavender Farm with their gift shops and tea rooms are well worth a visit.
There is easy access to Evesham, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.

The Hay Barn is a 17th Century detached barn conversion in the grounds of Humblebee Hall and is surrounded by 70 acres, just outside the village of North Piddle in Worcestershire. The cottage contains one single bedroom, one twin and one double room with an ensuite shower room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes this cottage suitable for five people. There is also an additional shared outside shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove in an inglenook fireplace. Outside the cottage is a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, shared use of a Wendy house and a tree house which can be used for sleeping in during the summer months. There is also off road parking for three cars and bike storage facilities. The Hay Barn is part of a complex of holiday cottages and is in a lovely location for a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation overview: Pine Cottage is a lovely, spacious holiday cottage, located in a quiet spot a short walk from the centre of the historic and picturesque Cotswold village of Broadway. The cottage which is very warm and welcoming, is perfectly located for enjoying Broadway's lovely choice of shops or for touring the many, many stunning villages in the near vicinity. The famous Broadway Tower is about 30 mins walk away! The cottage has a family 'feel' to it, with large spacious rooms throughout, as well as the little stream which runs past the bottom of the garden. The two bathrooms make it a good choice for two couples looking for a privacy in their country get-away. We feel that for many the main appeal to this property, is its location which is moments from Broadway's beautiful High Street one of the Cotswolds most pictureseque scenes amd host to some excellent pubs and shops. The Oat House is an attached property built in traditional style using mellow honey coloured Cotswold stone beneath a slate roof. The village of Snowshill is situated on the top of the Cotswold escarpment above the villages of Stanway, Stanton Broadway, Buckland and Laverton.
The village is secluded with period cottages and houses and a 19th century church clustered around a small green. Snowshill is renowned for its manor house with beautiful gardens and tea rooms which are administered by The National Trust. The Lavender Farm on the edge of the village also has tea rooms. The village pub, The Snowshill Arms, serves good food and is only a two-minute walk away.
Locally there are many public footpaths and close by is the Cotswold Way.
Nearby, picturesque Broadway offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. Chipping Campden, Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon with its renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre are all within easy reach.
For the sporting enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby along with National Hunt Racing at Cheltenham, Polo at Cirencester Park and Cricket at Worcester.
