Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and guests have use of the owners' spacious garden area with furniture and BBQ. The amenities of Bentham are close by and there are wonderful scenic walking opportunities in the area. High Ivah is a great base for touring the countryside of the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbria.
