Accommodation overview: 1 OF 2 PROPERTIES 150 ACRES COWS SHEEP AND PETS CORNER The renovated wing on the working farm is set in a nature conservation area which is in a very quiet spot on a working farm with the moors on 1 side and fields around the others. The area has lots to see and do from the caves of Cheddar Somerwest World and Clarks Village to the excellent sandy beaches at Burnham and Brean. Farm activities: visitors are welcome to see around the farm and help feed the chickens collect the eggs meet the 4 friendly dogs friendly cat and a pig called Pepper or see the animals in the pets corner. In the Spring you can help with the lambs. Play facilities: for the children a wendy house a wooden play fort with climbing frame swings slide and lots of small toys. Outside: a large shared enclosed garden with patio BBQ and garden furniture. There is also a selection of bikes to hire. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels and electric included. Regret no pets. Location: beach swimming pool and golf 9 miles riding 1.5 miles shop 1.5 miles pub 1.5 miles. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: approached by steep steps with stairgate 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: modern suite with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large room with open beams and exposed stonework with woodburner set in a feature fireplace (first basket of logs free) TV DVD and video. Well-equipped kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Conservatory/breakfast room: with hi-fi and indoor toys. The perfect base to relax and enjoy yourself yet close to the wealth of attractions that Somerset has to offer including Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole Clarks Village and the excellent sandy beaches of Burnham and Brean. Situated in the centre of the Somerset Levels you will have a vast choice of walks and cycle routes. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
