Accommodation overview: The Stables is a superb self catering holiday cottage set in a leafy area of Stratford upon Avon called Shottery, an area best known for 'Anne Hathaway's Cottage' which is about 300 yards away. If you would like to enjoy the superb facilities (including the National Theatre) in Stratford then you really could not be more conveniently located, as everything is within walking distance. The property is a 5 star standard and has been beautifully modernised to provide spacious and light accommodation ideal for families or groups alike. Of particular appeal is the huge open plan living space which 'spills' onto the courtyard. Although this is a central location it is private and relatively peaceful and with an off street parking spot you can leave the car and stroll into town too. The cottage is located in the Shottery area of Stratford and is literally moments from Anne Hathaway's Cottage - where the wife of William Shakespeare lived as a child, as well the rest of Stratford's attractions and restaurants. This is a delightful hideaway: cosy, homely and very relaxing.
