Accommodation overview: This cottage is in a stunning location right on the cliff tops in the Hastings Country Park with far reaching views to the White Cliffs of Dover, Beachy Head and France. The park consists of over 650 acres in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including ancient woodland and grassland with dramatic coastline and cliffs spanning seven miles. Accommodation overview: Tucked away in a quiet twitten in the heart of Hastings Old Town is this white weatherboard cottage - just steps from the High Street with all its specialist shops and only a few minutes walk down to the beach. With its open fireplace, original beams, oak flooring and beautiful claw foot bath this really is a welcoming and very attractive holiday home. It is one of the most painted cottages in Hastings and features on many postcards and souvenirs. Historic Rye, the wonderful sandy beaches at Camber and picturesque Winchelsea are all in easy reach. Saunter along the beach to the centre of this small friendly seaside town for a variety of restaurants, pubs, bistros and supermarket shopping. Seaford is just a short drive - or bus ride - along the coast road from cosmopolitan Brighton or try Eastbourne for a fun day out. Drusilla's Zoo is close by too and for the more energetic - cliffs rise from the town to Seaford Head for fabulous cliff top walks towards Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters Country Park. Just 500 yards along the road is a huge sports park with tennis courts, basketball court, skateboard track, rugby field, children's play area and a friendly cafe - just book and play!
