Accommodation overview: Tucked away in a quiet twitten in the heart of Hastings Old Town is this white weatherboard cottage - just steps from the High Street with all its specialist shops and only a few minutes walk down to the beach. With its open fireplace, original beams, oak flooring and beautiful claw foot bath this really is a welcoming and very attractive holiday home. It is one of the most painted cottages in Hastings and features on many postcards and souvenirs. Historic Rye, the wonderful sandy beaches at Camber and picturesque Winchelsea are all in easy reach. Easily accessible from London the nearest main line station is 3 miles away and can transport you to London Bridge within 70 minutes. There is much to see and do in the local area with 4x4 action days pamper days horse riding and golf nearby including the East Sussex National Course which is 25 minutes away. Murder Mystery days are held at the Bluebell Railway and Herstmonceux Castle. Leisure facilities: outdoor swimming pool which is open daily from 20 May - 20 September until 6pm.
