Notes: A security deposit of £50 is payable to the owner on arrival. £50 reduction if booking 2 weeks- £100 reduction if booking 3 weeks. Due to steep stairs and sloping gardens this property is not suitable for the less mobile and small children may need supervision. The owners have their own two very friendly Golden Retrievers so are happy to accept equally sociable pets. Mini-breaks by arrangement.
