Within an hour s drive the coastal towns of Scarborough Whitby and Robin Hood s Bay provide many seaside attractions. Steeped in history the area is surrounded by historic homes and castles including Burton Agnes Hall Sewerby Hall and Gardens and Castle Howard. Whitby is 18 miles away renowned for its connections with Bram Stokers Dracula and Captain James Cook. Board a steam train and relax as it meanders through the glorious Esk Valley. Visit walled York city 40 miles away famous for its Minster museums art galleries and shopping. Leisure facilities: shared and includes spa swimming pool tennis courts and football pitch.
