Accommodation overview: Nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Dalehouse, are the charming barn conversions, formerly a Milking Parlour and Cow Byre that have been recently renovated into modern comfortable accommodation. They are very spacious with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas and have been lovingly decorated and furnished to a particularly high standard. They can be booked separately for either 4 or 6 people, or together for larger parties or reunions for families and friends. There is a ground floor bedroom with full en suite wet room in Mulgrave Cottage making it suitable and accessible for wheelchair users.

Accommodation overview: Rocklea is one of a group of pretty Grade 2 listed fishermans cottages in the heart of this charming beach and fishing village. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard whilst retaining its beams and original features. It is warm and cosy and has been designer decorated and furnished - not from a car boot sale! Two beautiful bathrooms, with high quality towels, complete the first class amenities. PLEASE NOTE - Unlike many cottages in Staithes, Rocklea includes a car park permit, worth over £40pw and all power and fuel, including eco logs - not just an initial supply. Accommodation overview: Beckside Cottage is one of a group of pretty fishermens cottages positioned several metres back from the slow flowing tidal beck, right on the harbour side in the charming seaside village of Staithes. The beck still provides mooring to several Cobles (local name for the regions fishing boats) in a web of ropes and buoys. It has uninterrupted sea views of the bay and out to sea and is surrounded by high craggy cliffs at the side and rear of the property. It has recently been fully renovated into a spacious, modern 3 bedroomed property. It has been lovingly decorated and furnished to a high standard and is an ideal base for families looking for a coastal retreat or dog walkers and keen ramblers.

Accommodation overview: This Grade II Listed property has the perfect harbourside location- stunning sea views on all 3 floors to the rear, while the front door opens onto the High Street of this popular fishing village of Staithes. Ash Cottage is a delightful 200 year old fishermans cottage which has recently been restored. The lounge, completely renovated in 2010 now has exposed stonework and a cosy wood burning stove, and offers stunning sea views from the dining table. The first floor bedroom is spacious and with views of the sea, and a guest area on the second floor has a day bed and an additional TV/DVD (but with a steep staircase and no stairgate- young children please be careful!) The twin room is accessed via the guest area. Bench seating to the rear overlooking the sea is perfect to enjoy at anytime of day and the sandy beach is a mere 5 minute walk away, as are the pubs serving food, shops, cafes and Staithes Heritage Centre and Captain Cook Museum where you may learn about the life and voyages of this famous seaman who spent some of his childhood as an apprentice in Staithes.

Accommodation overview: As the name suggests, Beach Villa is a delightful detached beach house with white painted floorboards, bright coloured furnishings and wall decorations and a truly perfect location for a beach holiday. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with bench/tables, a barbecue and boasting simply the most spectacular views over the beach and out to sea. The first floor is accessed by a quirky "paddle" wooden staircase which is steeper than normal, and leads into an unusual bedroom with limited headroom in certain places - most suited to children and teenagers.Both the lounge and dining room enjoy bay windows complete with window seats enabling you to simply relax, unwind and breathe the fresh sea air.

Hillside Farm is a detached farmhouse set in beautiful countryside in the heart of the North York Moors National park with stunning views of the sea and Whitby a few miles away. It acts as the lodge of an actively managed moorland estate.
The property is two miles from Sleights where there is a pub and hotel (both of which serve food), a fish and chip restaurant, a very good butcher/delicatessen, general store (usually open until 10pm) and local bakers.
The Yorkshire Esk, located approximately 2 miles away, is one of the most prolific sea trout rivers in England and is the only salmon river between London and the Tees. Salmon and Sea Trout fishing is available on the best beat by special prior arrangement with the owner (who also owns Hillside Farmhouse) from 6th April to 31st October.
The area benefits from exceptional walking with the Coast to Coast and Cleveland Way paths nearby. Hillside Farm is a good base from which to enjoy the Yorkshire coast with Whitby, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay all nearby. Mountain biking at nearby Dalby Forest is world class. Grosmont, the North York Moors Railway and Goathland (of 'Heartbeat' fame) are all within easy reach.
