The cottage is all on the ground floor and can sleep three people in one double bedroom with an ensuite and one single room as well as a family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a front garden with a patio, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Accommodation overview: Whites Farm Barn is absolutely stunning and probably one of the best barn conversions we have seen. Set deep within the countryside the property offers a real countryside experience and yet is within a convenient distance of one of the regions most delightful market towns - Ledbury. Internally the barn is presented in a welcoming and attractive open plan style, with large open spaces displaying the oak beams and original 'cross windows'. These period features mix beautifully with some contemporary touches such as underfloor heating. There is also the added benefit of a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Externally the barn has an enclosed garden to the front and enjoys a lovely location situated down a quite lane within a little hamlet. The owner provides a super welcome basket (and maybe a little homemade Perry!!) and informs us that you can now order Waitrose deliveries to your door. This is an excellent choice for those who like quality, space and something a little historic. Outside there is a garden, off road parking and fishing access by arrangement with the owner. The Stable is close to many attractions and makes a great base for exploring the area.
