Accommodation overview: Brambleside is a beautiful 4 bedroom detached house, 400 yards from the beach and Mawbray Banks nature reserve, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking the spectacular Cumbrian Coast. Guests are sure to appreciate the spacious accommodation and all the facilities provided for children, making Brambleside the perfect base for 2 families on vacation together. There is a pub in Mawbray, 100 yards from the house and a playground opposite. The popular seaside village of Allonby is only 3 miles away, with restaurants, shops, pubs and swimming pool. Grange was a popular resort of the Victorians and still today retains an historic feel with the lovely promenade fringed by delightful tea rooms and craft shops. Lindale is well placed for exploring all of the Lakes and Furness Peninsula, Windermere Lake being only only 15 minutes drive. Accommodation overview: This charming seaside character cottage has a superb location, directly across the road from the sand and pebble beach at Beckfoot. The front garden looks over the Solway Firth to the Scottish Hills and has the most spectacular sunsets. The beach is great for dog walking and extends for miles in either direction, with Silloth to the north and Allonby to the south. These 2 quaint seaside towns each have amenities, including leisure facilities, restaurants, pubs and shops and the Lake District is 30 minutes drive. Isabels Cottage has a wet room and a bedroom on the ground floor, which will be an advantage to guests with mobility problems.
