The property is set in several acres of grounds on the edge of the picturesque village of Brenchley in the High Weald of Kent. It is about six miles from Royal Tunbridge Wells and two miles from Paddock Wood with main line train station for trains to London (fifty minutes) and Canterbury, Ashford and Dover with connections for trips to France. Local villages are full of interesting ancient buildings and character pubs whilst Hever, Scotney and Bodiam Castles, Sissinghurst Castle and Pashley Manor Gardens, Bedgebury Pinetum and its 'Go Ape' tree top adventure park are amongst the huge range of places to visit in the area. Being located in the heart of Kent - there are a myriad of attractions all within easy access and the nearby village - with three pubs! - is just at the top of the hill.
