Accommodation overview: Rookery Nook is a charmingly converted outbuilding just behind the owners' house. Approached from the main road that leads from Hastings to Rochester, backing onto fields so you quickly forget the bustle of traffic in a peaceful rural setting. The cottage is a short distance from the market town of Cranbrook and very close to Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. It is an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful Weald of Kent and, with Staplehurst just up the road for easy rail links to London, Canterbury and the coast. The cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin room, one single room with an ensuite and a family bathroom, making it suitable for seven people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and a large garden with outdoor furniture and a small private lake.
