Accommodation overview: Set in the heart of a working fruit farm are two beautifully converted semi-detached cottages and the first cottage - D'Arcy Spice - is named after a lovely old variety of apple. The owners live in the farmhouse further up the farm, where they keep their gorgeous South American Paso Fino horses which they are happy for you to visit. Being located in the heart of Kent - there are a myriad of attractions all within easy access and the nearby village - with three pubs! - is just at the top of the hill. Whether you fancy a game of golf, visiting National Trust properties, a day at the beach, major retail therapy at The Ashford Designer Outlet or Bluewater to name but two, a visit to the lovely town of Tenterden known as "the jewel in the Weald", a day trip to France or London (less than an hour away from a closeby station) or just great walks along the Greensand Way - D'Arcy Spice is a great base for all.
