Canterbury, Sandwich, Whitstable and Herne Bay are all within a short drive whilst Dover is just 22 miles away offering the chance of a pleasant day trip to France. There are two golf courses within 2 miles of the property and the Viking Coastal Trail runs along the cliff path near the house for impressive walks and cycle rides.
