Accommodation overview: Tew Cottage is probably what we all imagine when thinking of a classic Cotswold cottage - a gorgeous building under a thatched roof with period features everywhere: large open fire, beams, flagstone floor and a magnificent 2 acre garden all within a short stroll of a (world renowned) village and pub. It doesn't get much better than this. The cottage, which dates back over 250 years, and is owned by one of the world's leading photographers is presented in a traditional and period style that sits perfectly in this location. There is an open plan living space, very much the heart of the home, with accommodation split across three floors. It is, in our opinion, just as suitable for families as it is for a groups of friends who want to sample one of England's finest locations. Outside there is a large rolling garden with swings and two lakes (which the owners regularly swim in!!) plus a separate thatched building used as playroom.
