Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a classic Cotswold property in so many ways. A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The huge, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cream washed walls, oak flooring and open fire set the scene perfectly, with the idyllic view towards the village church simply gorgeous. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available. The property, which is attached to the owner's fabulous home, sits in a wonderful location, surrounded by completely unspoilt countryside and the large grounds of the farm (not working!) The property is well placed for walking, but for the more adventurous, there are a host of attractions to choose from including Blenheim Palace at Woodstock (10 miles), Oxford, (20 miles), Warwick Castle (20 miles) Stratford upon Avon (20 miles) and many other locations within the Cotswolds. This is an excellent location to choose as your holiday cottage.

This lovely, cosy thatched cottage, which dates back to the Civil War era of the 1650s', has so much charm inside that we simply fell in love with it when we inspected it. Situated in a very quiet location within one of the northern Cotswolds most beautiful villages - Epwell, the cottage enjoys real tranquility and yet great access to the surrounding countryside. The village pub is sure to be a real appeal to those who enjoy the idea of a 'local pint', while the adventure playground is a firm favourite with the children.
