Accommodation overview: Granary Cottage, Swerford, is a delightful Cotswolds holiday cottage, located just outside an absolutely quintessential village, itself approximately five miles from the bustling market town of Chipping Norton. The property, which is attached to the owner's fabulous home, sits in a wonderful location, surrounded by completely unspoilt countryside and the large grounds of the farm (not working!) Internally, the cottage is furnished with some lovely antiques which give a lovely warm and welcoming feel when you walk in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and ideal for relaxing and recharging the batteries! Swerford is a picture postcard village set in the northern Cotswolds, a few miles from the famous Hook Norton village (famous for its award winning local brewery) and a short drive from the Cotswolds' highest town - Chipping Norton. The property is well placed for walking, but for the more adventurous, there are a host of attractions to choose from including Blenheim Palace at Woodstock (10 miles), Oxford, (20 miles), Warwick Castle (20 miles) Stratford upon Avon (20 miles) and many other locations within the Cotswolds. The internal features include exposed timbers throughout, together with a woodburner in the dining room. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some low ceilings!!
