Accommodation overview: Kite's Gate Cottage, is a rare holiday cottage! Located in one of the Cotswolds' premier villages, Kingham, this absolutely gorgeous cottage has access to some superb facilities including an amazing indoor pool, Turkish bath and tennis court. Internally, the cottage which is semi detached, has been developed to provide customers the very best standard in self catering accommodation with spacious living accommodation, three good size bedrooms with three bathrooms. Kingham roughly equi-distant between Burford and Chipping Norton is a village which has everything you could need, including award winning pubs and a comprehensive local store, there are also excellent walks surrounding it, but perhaps of great appeal to some is the convenience of the Daylesford Organic (described in The Telegraph as 'the UK's poshest shop'!!) All this plus the most amazing, indoor swimming pool and steam room (Turkish Hammam) which are of the highest quality and for guests' use. Located next door to Ryeworth Cottage (Ref: RYE) this cottage has everything you could wish for and is suitable for customers who expect the very best in self catering accommodation. Set in the grounds of the owner's home, the property is a spacious home furnished in a traditional and homely style to complement the cottage's overall feel. The cottage enjoys a view towards the village's 'green' and hills beyond. The property also benefits from its own private courtyard which is ideal for 'sundowners'! Within Milton (and its neighbouring village Shipton under Wychwood) there are good shops, pubs and a library with internet access all within reasonable walking distance. The cottage is also conveniently located as it is only three miles north of Burford aswell as other Cotswolds' attractions. Accommodation overview: Little Barn, ETB 4 stars, is a wonderful renovated stone barn which faces South overlooking farm fields. Detached from the main village in a peaceful and secluded valley surrounded by oak trees, Little Barn is a popular holiday cottage which has been converted to a high specification. Exposed beams and solid pine doors and furniture, with flagstone floors downstairs and fitted carpets upstairs create a rich, cosy property with a welcoming ambience. From the cottage, there is a large secure courtyard facing south with large pots of flowers and garden furniture. Ascott is a small peaceful hamlet about half a mile beyond Whichford.
