Accommodation overview: Wisteria Cottage is a delightful holiday cottage located in the Cotswold village of Milton under Wychwood. Set in the grounds of the owner's home, the property is a spacious home furnished in a traditional and homely style to complement the cottage's overall feel. The cottage enjoys a view towards the village's 'green' and hills beyond. The property also benefits from its own private courtyard which is ideal for 'sundowners'! Within Milton (and its neighbouring village Shipton under Wychwood) there are good shops, pubs and a library with internet access all within reasonable walking distance. The cottage is also conveniently located as it is only three miles north of Burford aswell as other Cotswolds' attractions. Hunter Court is a luxury holiday house set in the idyllic Cotswold village of Clanfield. This substantial home is very spacious, and is tastefully decorated with a relaxed, family home feel.
The five acre property comprises two fields (often with sheep) and a walled garden of approximately half an acre.
The self-catering holiday retreat is a two minute walk from two cosy 17th century pubs with excellent food and roaring log fires. Clanfield is an ideal location for an outdoor break in Oxfordshire with plenty of walks as well as cycling, fishing and boating (the Thames is only two miles away). Burford is eight miles away, Oxford 21 miles and Cirencester 18 miles.
Heathrow Airport can be reached in an hour and 10 minutes and the nearest train stations are Oxford (21 miles) and Didcot (22 miles), Charlbury (16 miles) and Swindon (17 miles).

The property, which is half of an old barn, has been beautifully recovered and refurbished and is presented to the highest of standards with some lovely touches throughout. With Daylesford Farmstore about 50 yards away you will be able to treat yourselves to fine foods and possbily join one of their excellent courses. Accommodation overview: Rectory Cottage, Alvescot is a truly classic Cotswolds cottage built in traditional stone under a Cotswold tile roof, but presented in a beautifully cool and contemporary style that makes it a stunning option for groups or families of up to 10 people. Set overlooking fields and surrounded by period Cotswold properties this delightful holiday cottage offers a very high standard of self catering accommodation. Internally, the owners have created a stunning home, which while contemporary it retains a wealth of period features that give a real sense of warmth and 'welcome'. The accommodation, which is set over three floors and with good size rooms throughout, has many period features through out. Including flagstone flooring, beams and mullion windows but of particular appeal is the kitchen which is, as they say, 'where the heart is': a gorgeous light room with a vaulted ceiling and Aga. When we visited the property we came away with the wow factor very much in our minds, we're confident that you'll feel just the same when you walk through the door too!
