Accommodation overview: Foxhill Barn Cottage is super cottage located very near to the centre of the Cotswold Hills, just outside the pretty village of Naunton, itself a short drive from Stow on the Wold. Surrounded by fields this attractive holiday cottage is a good choice for people who are interested in sampling traditional Cotswold countryside... Internally the cottage, formerly a barn, has been converted to create a very comfortable two bedroom self catering home, packed with period features including oak beams and mullion windows, yet with many modern conveniences. The two large bedrooms also enjoy private Ensuite bathrooms. Externally, it enjoys great views across the open countryside as well as a large garden. This homely cottage is ideal for those who plan to either sit and relax (and do nothing!) other than the odd stroll to the village pub or use it as a base for touring the Cotswolds region. There is a golf course , Naunton Downs, less than a mile away too!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to open plan living space enjoying views across the large garden area and countryside beyond. (Approx 10 paces!)OutsideTo the front of the property is a very large grassed garden area (which is shared with the owners, who live across the garden) with your own wooden table and chairs. To the side is a private grassed area with a bench and table with views across the Cotswolds' countryside. There is ample off street parking for two cars.Heating & Electricity included all year. Children Welcome. Pets Welcome (please note that the owners have their own dogs). Mobile phone reception was good when we visited.Cot & High Chair available. LocationThe cottage is set just outside the village of Naunton, which is approximately 15 min walk away. Naunton itself is a delightful village set in the valley packed with countless classic country cottages and a popular local pub. There are endless walks literally from your cottage door in all directions with many other traditional villages (and pubs!) to explore. Nearby is Stow on the Wold (approx 4 miles) a popular Cotswolds market town with many antique shops, restaurants and cafes as well as other amenities to choose from. Cheltenham is very near by also. Slightly further afield are many other Cotswolds hotspots including Burford, Bourton on the Water, Woodstock and Cirencester along with many attractions. Of particular interest is the Cotswold Farm Park which is very close by.

Situated in the grounds of the owners' manor house, this converted barn is absolutely ideal for families or small groups looking for peace and yet be within a convenient distance of many of the Cotswolds' popular hotspots. Internally the vast living room is particularly appealing and attractive; the property is presented in a cool, modern style. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms - ideal for two couples looking to enjoy privacy. Outside the barn enjoys a very quiet location overlooking a private area and paddock beyond a gate, there is plenty of space to play or 'spread out'! The cottage, which dates back to the 16th Century, has undergone considerable renovation creating a stunning holiday home. Internally there many period features incl a Tudor stone fireplace with woodburner, mullion windows and flagstone floors. The cottage enjoys a quiet location down a no-through lane with an enclosed cottage garden to its rear. The hamlet of Holwell is a few miles from Burford. Accommodation overview: Tithe Barn, Lyneham is a very large and spacious barn conversion that is a great choice for a family country holiday. Set on a working farm within a small Cotswolds hamlet, the barn has nearby access to the rolling countryside of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. The open plan living that the owners have created make it a real treat and clearly ideal for entertaining. Internally the barn has been carefully renovated and provides superb facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building, which we feel will make it a firm favourite with customers. Accommodation overview: Little Barn, ETB 4 stars, is a wonderful renovated stone barn which faces South overlooking farm fields. Detached from the main village in a peaceful and secluded valley surrounded by oak trees, Little Barn is a popular holiday cottage which has been converted to a high specification. Exposed beams and solid pine doors and furniture, with flagstone floors downstairs and fitted carpets upstairs create a rich, cosy property with a welcoming ambience. From the cottage, there is a large secure courtyard facing south with large pots of flowers and garden furniture. Ascott is a small peaceful hamlet about half a mile beyond Whichford. ACCOMMODATION: Excellent Kitchen / Dining Room with a high ceiling and exposed beams, fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge (freezer in outhouse), microwave. Hallway to Sitting Room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV and DVD Player. Off the hallway is a spacious curtained recess with a sofa bed for two extra people if required. The property is presented to a very high standard (the owners own another property with Manor Cottages which is both a very high standard and also very popular with customers) with up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms available. Internally the property retains many period features along with countless contemporary touches to give this a real high quality, minimalist feel. An element that particularly appealled to us was the large ground floor which has the feeling of being 'open plan' but actually has separate 'rooms'!
