Accommodation overview: Cider Press (ETC 3 Stars) is a well apportioned studio apartment attached to The Mill in Burford, (downstairs from Lime Tree). The Mill Stream runs beneath the courtyard and the apartment has a small balcony overlooking a wonderful view of the stream and the surrounding woodland. It is a very peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk from Burford town centre, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. From the apartment there is a delightful 3 mile walk along the edge of the river to the neighbouring village of Swinbrook. ACCOMMODATION The apartment provides a high standard of accommodation with all the basic mod cons making sure your stay will be a comfortable one. At one end of the apartment you will find a Double Bed. Towards the centre is a Sitting/Dining area complete with comfortable sofa and armchair, Digital TV with DVD player. The well fitted Kitchen is in an alcove and has an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Laundry facilities available on site. Although the properties are available independently, together they offer superb accommodation for groups of 18 to 36 people. Literally cosy by name and cosy by nature this little cottage is a perfect hideaway for two people looking to come to the Cotswolds for a traditional experience. The cottage is located down a little, no through lane with typical Cotswolds properties to see. Further down the lane is the Chipping Norton church and a small pathway into the town. Internally the cottage is presented in a simple and basic standard; clean and very functional and just ideal for a couple looking a good value getaway, and this is reflected in the attractive price for such a great location. Within a short drive are a selection of Cotswolds attractions, including The Rollright Stones, Chastelton House, Rousham Hall and Blenheim Palace. Obviously, many of the Cotswodls favourite locations such as Burford and Stow on the Wold nearby too. Slightly further afield, are Oxford and Stratford upon Avon, both comfortably within half an hour drive!

Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a classic Cotswold property in so many ways. A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The huge, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cream washed walls, oak flooring and open fire set the scene perfectly, with the idyllic view towards the village church simply gorgeous. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available. Located up a little gravel track and surrounded by open fields in three directions as you can imagine there are lovely views to enjoy - particularly from your terrace area which is real sun trap. For those who want to sit and sample some quintessential English scenes you can either stroll to the village cricket pitch (a safe distance away!) or the delightful and popular Swan pub. For the more active there are excellent walks directly from your door including the Old Minster Lovell Hall (English Heritage).
