Set over four floors and with one double bedroom and one twin as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Also included in the accommodation are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is an enclosed, small rear yard with garden furniture. Just three minutes walk from the beach, Arden House is perfect for a small family, however due to the configuration of the rooms; it is not suitable for children under the age of 8 or for those with mobility problems.
