This tranquil area is a perfect retreat for walking or cycling either in the valley or onto the Pennine hills or alternatively it s a 20 minute drive to the Lakes. There is a wealth of visitor attractions and amenities within easy reach including the watermill Long Meg Stone Circle and Lacy s Cave Little Salkeld the pub and village bakery at Melmerby and fishing at Blencarn to name but a few. This delightful cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious master double 1 twin with table football and 1 further twin. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the first floor reached via a lowered door way. Shower room: on the ground floor with WC. Lounge: with woodburner flatscreen TV DVD and Freeview. Dining room: spacious. Kitchen: with range cooker electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: rear garden area with lawn and garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking area. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: regret no cot or highchair however guests are welcome to bring their own.
