Ideally situated for the Regency seaside town of Aberaeron or market town of Llandovery both 16 miles. Local Gold Mines and Talley Abbey are all a within a short drive and the Teifi Valley offers amazing wildlife and fishing. Secluded away from light pollution ideal for stargazing. Amenities: there are 3 holiday properties on site with ample parking for all. Bed linen towels electric central heating and first basket of logs included. Outside: each property has private area of garden and all benefit from the 8 acres of farm land to explore. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach within 35 minutes at Aberaeron shop 1.5 miles pub 3 miles. The local town of Lampeter is 5 miles. The accommodation was formerly part of the barn now providing comfortable accommodation with THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom downstairs 1 double attic room with low beams and 1 downstairs twin bedroom. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge freezer and washing machine.
