Accommodation overview: Cleeveley Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed Cotswold Cottage set in a very picturesque village. The cottage, which dates back to the 16th Century, has undergone considerable renovation creating a stunning holiday home. Internally there many period features incl a Tudor stone fireplace with woodburner, mullion windows and flagstone floors. The cottage enjoys a quiet location down a no-through lane with an enclosed cottage garden to its rear. The hamlet of Holwell is a few miles from Burford. We fell in love with this cottage and are quite sure you will too!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to lobby and open plan living space.Living/Dining Room, with large sofa, armchair, fireplace with wood burning stove, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and ipod docking station. Dining table comfortably sits 4. Door to the cottage gardenKitchen, fully equipped, with electric double oven and hob, microwave, washing machine / tumble drier, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. First Floor:Approached via the original wooden, now carpetted, spiral staircase leading from the living room to the upstairs landing.Bedroom One has a King size wrought iron double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers plus a LCD TV with Freeview.
