It is also a shopper's paradise from its abundant range of small specialist shops, to the bustling provisions market and the Castle Mall and Chapelfield Shopping Centre. The city is well served for cultural interests with the Playhouse, Maddermarket and Theatre Royal and has an immense variety of restaurants and eateries. Norwich is a fantastic location for a holiday at any time of the year. The Pines sits in the grounds of the owner's own home in the exclusive Golden Triangle area of Norwich, offering comfortable accommodation on one level with modern appliances including reversible (hot or cold) air conditioning. The fine city of Norwich is easily accessed using the frequent bus service, which stops a few yards from the property, or the more energetic may wish to walk, approx 20 minutes. Also local shops and a pub are within a few minutes walk. Eaton village, where a Waitrose, a couple of pub/restaurants and Post Office can be found, is a short walk away. Norwich railway station with its links to Cambridge and Ely, as well as to the Norfolk coast and Broads, make this an excellent location to leave the car behind and explore this fine city and surrounding area on foot. Accommodation overview: A delightful and spacious property in a quiet rural setting that is a super location for exploring the area, Norwich, Cambridge, Southwold and Aldborough are all easily reached, a great retreat for a relaxing and very comfortable holiday. South Norfolk is a hidden secret, the area is so unspoilt with its attractive rolling countryside, pretty market towns and villages, yet Norwich is only 14 miles away. Go East and you will reach Bungay and Beccles both of which give you access to the Broads. Southwold and Aldborough on the Suffolk Heritage Coast are a little further afield and well worth a day trip. Thetford Forest, Bressingham Steam Museum and Banham Zoo are a short drive. There is so much to see and do if that takes your fancy. But if you fancy, peace, tranquillity and walks and cycling from your doorstep, you couldn't be better placed.- The Studio is a comfortable, spacious and light property offering great accommodation for a couple on their own or with a small child. The Gatehouse is a single storey period gatehouse with later extensions situated at the entrance to Bracon Lodge, a Georgian manor house with 33 acres of woodland, paddocks and formal gardens.
