Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a classic Cotswold property in so many ways. A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The huge, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cream washed walls, oak flooring and open fire set the scene perfectly, with the idyllic view towards the village church simply gorgeous. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available. Accommodation overview: Rectory Cottage, Alvescot is a truly classic Cotswolds cottage built in traditional stone under a Cotswold tile roof, but presented in a beautifully cool and contemporary style that makes it a stunning option for groups or families of up to 10 people. Set overlooking fields and surrounded by period Cotswold properties this delightful holiday cottage offers a very high standard of self catering accommodation. Internally, the owners have created a stunning home, which while contemporary it retains a wealth of period features that give a real sense of warmth and 'welcome'. The accommodation, which is set over three floors and with good size rooms throughout, has many period features through out. Including flagstone flooring, beams and mullion windows but of particular appeal is the kitchen which is, as they say, 'where the heart is': a gorgeous light room with a vaulted ceiling and Aga. When we visited the property we came away with the wow factor very much in our minds, we're confident that you'll feel just the same when you walk through the door too! To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car, a front patio area and a small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Swallow Barn is a delightful cottage in an ideal place to explore the area.

Birchwood House is a detached stone cottage in the wooded hamlet of Ramshorn, just 2.5 miles from the Alton Towers theme park. There are two ground floor doubles, two doubles on the first floor, a single, and adult bunk bedroom and two twins. There are also two wet rooms on the ground floor, and a bathroom and shower room on the first floor. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living area, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area as well as an additional WC and utility room. Outside, the large lawned garden has a patio and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. There is ample off road parking. With Alton Towers and the delights of the Peak District National Park so close, Birchwood House makes a great base for family or friends.

Accommodation overview: Backlodge Stables is an extremely high standard of self catering accommodation situated in a superb location in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. The accommodation is actually two components (The Stables and The Tack Room) which combined offer four bedrooms and three bathrooms but allow one couple to enjoy more privacy with their own self contained facilities. Access between the two properties is about 15 paces along the path! The large open plan living space in The Stables is perfect for large families or groups with large sofas and dining facilities making it suitable for general entertaining. It's central, yet quiet, location also make it a great spot for the wealth of Stratford's attractions, see below. We loved these properties. ACCOMMODATIONThe main entrance is to The Stables, with access to The Tack Room approx 10 yards away. The Stables has:Large Living Space with two large sofas, additional seating, large flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD player and gas flame fire. Kitchen / Diner with large dining table and 8 chairs and fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob, oven, grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and large fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms on the first floor; two with king size double beds and one with twin single beds. There is one ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobe and chest of drawersThe Tack Room is a completely self contained property, with it's own fully equipped kitchen, plus living room with TV, DVD etc. Upstairs there is a bedroom suite, with king size double bed and wardrobe plus ensuite shower room.OutsideThe Stables has an enclosed, south facing courtyard with table and chairs. Within a short drive are a selection of Cotswolds attractions, including The Rollright Stones, Chastelton House, Rousham Hall and Blenheim Palace. Obviously, many of the Cotswodls favourite locations such as Burford and Stow on the Wold nearby too. Slightly further afield, are Oxford and Stratford upon Avon, both comfortably within half an hour drive!
