Dating back to 1790, Daffodil Cottage is a delightful semi detached period home in a tranquil location that overlooks farmland on the edge of the small village of Sutton. This quaint cottage retains plenty of original character features including flagstone floors and some exposed stone walls in the sitting room. The comfortable accommodation includes three bedrooms, an attractive conservatory, and a third of an acre of beautiful gardens. The cottage is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area including the Abbey and music festival at Glastonbury; the shops at Street; Wells Cathedral; Cheddar Gorge; Wookey Hole, and many wonderful countryside walks.

Visit Wells our smallest city and walk through the cobbled streets to the gothic Cathedral and Bishop s Palace or further afield to Bath with its roman baths and spa. Other days out include exploring the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey the Tor and Chalice Well or take a little retail therapy at the outlet shopping centre in nearby Street. There are also several National Trust properties in the area whilst Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole provide great options for more energetic explorers. In the evenings simply relax in the pretty garden with a glass of wine. The accommodation is arranged over one level and offers ONE bedroom: king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC. A lovely rural retreat in the heart of the Exmoor National Park on the outskirts of Dulverton, Hayloft is one of a group of seven privately owned cottages. Spacious and charming with modern comforts and views of the surrounding countryside across the Barle Valley, it is the perfect base for keen walkers, with an abundance of footpaths and easy access to many picturesque villages and stunning coastline of Exmoor. With a rear entrance opening into the hallway the accommodation is on three levels in a reverse style. The ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom with ensuite facilities. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. French doors open out onto a shared courtyard area. A central staircase leads up to the first floor to define the attractive main living area. This features a vaulted ceiling and beams, with cosy seating to one end and a kitchen/dining area. Further stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find the spacious double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, sloping ceilings and Velux window with country views.
