The outlook from the property is peaceful and rural. From the raised garden/paddock above it the far reaching sea views are quite fantastic. The village of Kilve is 1 mile from the property and has a pub/restaurant Post Office and village store. The larger village of Williton 5 miles away has a range of shops restaurants and several pubs. There are a variety of places to visit further afield such as the West Somerset Steam Railway Dunster Castle or the seaside town of Minehead. There are also several quiet bays with sandy coves within a short drive and many accept dog walkers all year round. With the Quantock Hills quite literally on your doorstep you are spoilt for choice be it walking the famed Coleridge Way mountain biking horse riding or having a romantic picnic in the owner s 4 acre plantation.
