Situated in the delightful village of Pentewan a short walk from the golden sandy beach and village pub and shops. Pentewan itself also offers cycle hire and watersports facilities and 3 local golf courses nearby. Situated on the south Cornish coast which is littered with picturesque harbours and fishing villages that still offer a taste of the real Cornwall. Mevagissey a fishing village the next cove along from Pentewan offers an authentic slice of Cornwall with its picture postcard harbour and narrow streets and offers a selection of pubs boutique shops and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive from your doorstep as is the Eden Project (acclaimed as the Eighth wonder of the world ) both of which combine education and beauty to create a must visit for any visitors to the County. St Austell is a short drive with it s brand new shopping centre White River Place. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with hair dryer and DAB clock/radio with bluetooth and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath electric shower over bath heated towel rail and WC (accessed via steep cottage-style stairs). Lounge: welcoming and cosy it offers ample seating in front of the open fireplace flatscreen TV DVD radio and Wi-Fi. Dining room: with ceiling at approximately 6 2 this is low in comparison to the rest of the property ample seating and an open-plan feel into the kitchen. Kitchen: newly fitted offering integrated dishwasher washer/dryer oven hob with extractor hood fridge (with ice compartment) and microwave. Outside: small patio area at the front of the property with table and chairs. Amenities: parking is available in the village square on a first-come basis but you can drop luggage off at the cottage. Nut Cottage is a stone-built detached cottage in a hamlet close to the village of Pentewan and its sandy beach, just three miles from the fishing harbour town of Mevagissey on the South Cornwall coast. With one double bedroom and one single (with an additional pull out child's bed), this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside of the cottage is shared use of the owner's enclosed garden and a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for two cars and bike storage. With the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project close by, Nut Cottage is in an ideal location no matter what you want from your holiday.
