The pretty coastal towns and villages on the north coast are well worth the short drive. Port Isaac and Padstow are approximately 19 miles from Padstow quayside you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or bars including TV chef Rick Stein s bistro or restaurant. You can also catch the passenger ferry over the estuary to the beautiful sandy beach at Rock. There is so much to see and do in this glorious area of North Cornwall including the National Trust property at Lanhydrock and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
