A charming beamed living room has a window and door to a patio area, an ideal spot for sundowners while watching the sun sink into the sea. A gate from the patio gives access to the paddock.

Accommodation overview: A spacious split level cottage, originally a granary, entered from the corner of the landscaped courtyard where there is a parking space adjacent to the property.
The porch opens into an attractive beamed dining room separated by open studwork from a newly fitted kitchen. To one side, there is a recently upgraded bathroom / W.C. with hand basin, a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.
A short flight of steps leads up to a half landing where there are three bedrooms which have a double bed, twin beds and 3ft pine bunk beds respectively. A few steps further up is a pleasant gallery / sitting room with beams open to the apex of the roof and some exposed stonework.
Two or three slate steps lead down to French windows and continue down to a grassy fenced garden with views over the farmland to the sea, and a gate which gives access to the pathway leading to the paddock.

Accommodation overview: Tucked into a sheltered sunny corner of the courtyard, Plover looks out over the gardens through a larger than usual window - a favourite all year round.
Entered from the courtyard the front door opens into a small hallway. There is a bathroom / W.C. with shower over the bath, a bedroom with a double bed and a light living room with views of the coastline from a doorway which leads out to a fenced and gated garden which opens to the car park and has access to the paddock.

Accommodation overview: A pretty little single storey cottage with a dual aspect overlooking the attractive flowered courtyard on one side and its own sunken patio garden on the other.
The entrance is reached from the parking area down a few gated steps to the sheltered patio garden with lovely sea views.
A fully glazed door opens into a cosy living room with comfortable seating, dining and fitted kitchen areas, and a door leads off to a pretty double bedroom with en suite bathroom W.C. hand basin and electric shower over the bath.

On the ground floor is a beamed L-shaped living room and a bathroom / W.C. with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. From the living room a door opens to a patio area at the rear, an ideal spot for sundowners whilst watching the sun go down over the ocean.
There is a gate giving access to the paddock area. Upstairs are two bedrooms with sea views - double and twin beds respectively. If a cot is required the maximum number of people that can be accommodated has to be reduced to three.
